How does it work?
We developed a proprietary “computer assisted drafting” (i.e. “CAD”) program based on our years of expertise in estimating metal roof projects. Using this program, we can take any input (back of the napkin sketches, blueprints, aerial imagery, etc), and produce an estimate. We suggest that all estimates be field verified–imagery is NOT always inch-perfect, and sketches don’t always add up.
Do you use Eagleview/Applicad/etc?
Nope! We have developed our own proprietary set of tools. We do not license the software; we are the only ones using this unique tool.
What if I need to change something?
We have a human revision process! If you need something changed, just mark it up on the roof layout that we provided, submit a revision, and we’ll get it back to you.
